Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at One-mart. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (USA / UK / Canada): 7 to 15 business days — FREE 

  • International Shipping (Rest of the World): 10 to 20 business days  "Calculated at checkout"]

> Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or holidays.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your order directly through our website or the link provided in the email.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

One-mart is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Lost Packages

If you received your order damaged, or if the package is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at haroonprintzone@gmail.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and send us a photo of the damaged product.
